About Us

WHO ARE WE?

The name of our company was changed recently from HES International to become more specific to what we do : "Universal Trade Wire" (UniWire). Our company is incorporated in Tunis and we are intending to establish new subsidiaries in France, Italy and Germany in order to be closer to our European partners. Our Company trades primarily with various types of agriproducts (e.g. Sugar, grains, corn, soy beans, soymeal as animal nutritions, etc.) and energy products (LNG, LPG, crude oil and its derivatives) which remains a substantial part of our daily activities. Physical commodity trading requires a sustainable supplier and customer relationship combined with excellent logistics, financial skills, risk management and marketing competence.

WORKING PROCEDURES

FOB

You can buy products directly from the major port terminals : Rotterdam, Houston, Singapore, Dubai on FOB (Freight On Board or Free On Board) delivery term. The products will be injected directly in your leased tanks or Vessel.

CIF

With the CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) delivery term the product will be brought to you (discharging port) according to a specific working procedure, where you provide, as a buyer, a bank guarantee (SBLC) or Letter of credit (LC).

TTT - VTO
